The Brink’s Serenity maintenance contract includes:
– 2 annual servicing: our technical team will proceed with the verification of the proper functioning of batteries, sensors, connections, etc. If necessary they will advise an updating of the system equipment;
– In case of system malfunction, our teams can make up to 3 more interventions without charging transportation and intervention costs;
– A 20% discount on spare parts (beyond the warranty if applicable).
